Farhan asked him to play role whichever He like. But Hrithik insist that this type of script will not work in in India and didn't agree to do 'DCH'. Then Amir was convinced and others. And movie was bang onn!!
Farhan first approached Rahman for music, but he was busy with other work so Farhan offer this movie to Shankar-Ehsaan-Loy. Later Rahman said on this " I'm glad that this project later went to S-E-L and I personally enjoyed the music of movie"
